The REx-PN® Program Reports are online reports that provide a series of metrics about the performance of the graduates from a particular nursing education program. The Reports are created using the responses provided by a program’s graduates during their REx-PN® Examination administration and are the only source of information about the performance of a program’s graduates at the topic level which use actual REx-PN® Examination data.The REx-PN® Program Reports are designed to help nursing program administrators and educators understand how their graduates performed on the REx-PN® Examination at the topic level. They are a vital source of information for program evaluation and program improvement. Educators use the Reports to identify strengths and opportunities, track program growth, reform curriculum, and modify instructional methodology.

US and CA programs subscribing to the 2023-2024 NCLEX® Program Reports now have access to the analytics that describe their program's performance during the 2023 Q2, 2023 Q3 and the 2023 Semi-Annual Fall reporting periods.
New for the 2023-2024 reporting year, subscribing programs receive access to all 7 reporting periods (when available), historic data and PDF/CSV exports. In addition, the NCLEX® Program Reports now include interactive tables and charts and the performance of graduates on Next Gen NCLEX® items related to each step of the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model.
To access your 2023-2024 NCLEX® Program Reports, go to the "Program Reports" dropdown menu at the top of the page and select "Access Next Gen NCLEX Program Reports."
The initial release of the new, interactive NCLEX® Program Reports has been delayed.
Mountain Measurement will notify subscribing programs via email when the new reporting platform is ready and users affiliated with subscribing programs will have access to the analytics that describe their program's performance during the 2023 Q2, 2023 Q3 and the 2023 Semi-Annual Fall reporting periods (as well as historic data going back to 2013 where applicable). Mountain Measurement apologizes for the delay and is working diligently to release the NCLEX® Program Reports as soon as possible.
Mountain Measurement, Inc. anticipates a short delay and hopes to notify programs on or before November 17, 2023.
