The NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports are electronic reports that provide a wealth of statistics about the performance of the graduates from a particular nursing education program. The Reports are created using the responses provided by a program's graduates during their NCLEX® and REx-PN® administration and are the only source of information about the performance of a program's graduates at the topic level which use actual NCLEX® and REx-PN® data.
The NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports are designed to help nursing program administrators and educators understand how their graduates performed on the NCLEX® and REx-PN® at the topic level. They are a vital source of information for program evaluation and program improvement. Educators use the Reports to identify strengths and opportunities, track program growth, reform curriculum, and modify instructional methodology.
Since each educational program graduates a different set of students, the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports are specific to each educational program. The information provided in the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports describes the performance of the group of students graduating from an educational program. They do not provide information about the performance of individual students.
I'm interested in purchasing an NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports Subscription.The NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports are online reports which can be viewed by registered users linked to nursing education programs that have purchased a subscription. The reports can be exported as a PDF file. This format makes it easy to provide information to key stakeholders about the strengths and opportunities of a nursing program.
As long as a program remains current with their subscription, registered users linked to that program will have access to current as well as all historic data pertaining to their graduates going back to 2013 (where applicable). Programs that lapse in their subscription can reinstate their current status for an additional reinstatement fee.

The NCLEX® Program Reports contains 6 sections with over 40 different tables and charts that document how the graduates from a particular nursing program performed on the NCLEX® during a specific reporting period. The following aspects of performance are provided:
In addition to providing the number of graduates that tested during the reporting period, the NCLEX® Program Reports report overall performance in the form of the program’s pass rate and the rank of that pass rate when compared to the pass rate of other programs in the reference groups:
Performance in the 8 NCLEX® Test Plan areas and 36-37 topics is expressed as the median competency estimate of the graduates that tested during the reporting period. The median competency estimate is provided for your program as well as the two reference groups.
The test duration section provides the mean number of questions administered to your graduates as well as the mean amount of time that your graduates spent taking the NCLEX®. In addition, the percentage of candidates taking the minimum and maximum number of questions is also reported.

The cost for an annual subscription to the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports is based on the number of graduates completing the NCLEX® and REx-PN® during the prior reporting year. Registered users linked to programs purchasing a subscription will have access to complete information about the performance of their graduates during all seven reporting periods of the current reporting year as well as the other reporting periods for which the program had at least 10 graduates complete the NCLEX® and REx-PN® going back to 2013.
