The NCLEX® Program Reports are an essential source of data for curriculum and program evaluation. They give the faculty of your program the results of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual analyses of the responses that your graduates provided to the questions of their actual NCLEX® Examination. The Program Reports are a useful way to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your program and can help your faculty to monitor progress towards your program's objectives.
By purchasing a 2025-2026 NCLEX® Program Reports subscription, the faculty and administrators of your program will have access to the performance of your graduates until June 30, 2026. This includes the 7 reporting periods of 2025-2026 as well as all historic reporting periods going back to 2013 (where applicable). Please note that NCLEX® Program Reports data cannot be provided for reporting periods in which your program had less than 10 graduates complete the NCLEX®.
To purchase your NCLEX® Program Reports subscription, you will need the following information:

To begin the subscription renewal process, login to the NCSBN® Performance Reports Website and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the "Program Reports" dropdown menu at the top of the page and click on "Order Next Gen NCLEX® Program Reports."
Step 2: Select the "Program Reports (Apr 2025-Jun 2026)" for the desired program(s) and click "Add to Cart."
Step 3: Review your order and add or remove items if necessary and click "Go to Cart".
Step 4: Verify that the order information in your "Cart" is correct and click "Checkout."
Step 5: Select your method of payment ("generate check" or "credit card") and click "Purchase."
If you choose to pay by "check," an invoice will be automatically emailed to you. Please remit check payable to Mountain Measurement, Inc. and the address provided on the invoice. Be sure to include your order number with payment. You will NOT be able to access the performance of your graduates until payment has been received. A receipt will be emailed to you after your payment has been processed.

If payment for your program's 2024-2025 NCLEX® Program Reports subscription is not received before June 30, 2025, you will be subject to a reinstatement fee in addition to the normal subscription free in order to purchase any future subscriptions to the NCLEX® Program Reports.
To place an order, login to your profile on the NCSBN® Performance Reports Website and select "Order Next Gen NCLEX® Program Reports" from the "Program Reports" dropdown menu at the top of the page. Select the 2024-2025 NCLEX® Program Reports and proceed to checkout where you can pay via credit card or check (US only).
