Every person interested in ordering, paying for, viewing, or accessing the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports, must register for an NCSBN® Performance Reports website user account. Program administrators, faculty members, administrative assistants, and staff members at the finance or purchasing office are encouraged to register for a user account. There is no cost to register a user account.

Link your user account to your  Nursing Program(s)

Link your User Account to your Affiliated Nursing Program(s)

Following registration, you will be prompted to link at least one educational program to your user account. Upon completion, an email will be sent to your program administrator indicating that you have requested to link your user account to the educational program. Once the program administrator approves your request, you will receive an email notifying you that your user account has been linked to the program. You will then be able to order, pay for, view or access the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports for your program.

The Introductory and Analysis Series are self-paced, web-based courses that will help educators analyze and interpret the NCLEX® and REx-PN® Program Reports accurately and fully.
