NCLEX® Program Reports Panel of Experts

The NCLEX® Program Reports Panel of Experts is responsible for ensuring that the content of the Professional Development Seminars is aligned with the mission of the organization and is accurate, relevant, and useful for nurse educators. The panel meets quarterly to review and approve relevant staff activities including but not limited to curriculum, objectives, course descriptions, assessments, program evaluation activities, and outcomes.

Panel members include:

Jochebed (Bea) Ade-Oshifogun, PhD, RN-BC, CNE Endowed Chair of Nursing, Andrews University. Education: University of Ife (BSN), Governors State University (MSN), University of Illinois in Chicago (PhD).

Shawna Higgins, PhD, RN, CHC Dean, Academic Affairs Chamberlain University (Las Vegas, NV). Education: University of Cincinnati of Blue Ash (AS), University of Phoenix (BSN, MSN), Capella University (PhD).

Rose McCloskey, PhD Nursing Professor in the Department of Nursing and Health Sciences, University of New Brunswick (UNB) Canada. Deputy Convener in the university’s Joanna Briggs Institute Centre of Excellence for Systematic Reviews and has certification in gerontological nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association. Education: Halifax Infirmary School of Nursing (DN), Acadia University (BSN), University of New Brunswick (MSN).

Judith M. Pelletier, MSN, RN, CNE Director, Division of Nurse Education, Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School. Education: University of Lowell (BSN) and Salem State University (MSN)
