NCLEX Program Reports Professional Development Seminars Policies

1. Registration

  1. Individuals may register for the seminar until one hour prior to the beginning of the seminar. 
  2. Registrants should register for the seminar using the same email address they will use to log in to Zoom to access the seminar.
  3. Registration for a seminar is not complete until payment for the seminar has been received. Individuals are strongly encouraged to pay for their seminar registration by credit card at the time of registration.
  4. Individuals may request that Mountain Measurement provide them with an invoice by email and pay for the seminar via check. Individuals paying via check are strongly encouraged to make payment as soon as possible in order to complete their registration before the event sells out.
  5. Registration receipts are sent immediately following the completion of the financial portion of registration. Individuals are not registered until they receive the receipt for their registration. If an individual believes that they have completed all of the requirements for registration but have not received an email receipt, they should contact Mountain Measurement at their earliest convenience.
  6. Individuals may not attend a seminar unless the registration fee has been paid in full prior to the beginning of the seminar.

2. Prerequisites

  1. Participants must have completed all posted seminar prerequisites in order to participate in a seminar. Participants may ‘test out’ of a seminar by completing the seminar’s end-of-course assessment and performing at a specified level.
  2. Participants interested in ‘testing out’ of a seminar must contact Mountain Measurement directly by phone or email to make this request. Participants must complete the assessment at least 5 business days prior to the date of the seminar. 

3. Transfers, Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

  1. Individuals wishing to cancel a seminar registration must communicate their request directly with Mountain Measurement ( or 1-800-261-6227) prior to the cancellation date indicated in the seminar registration confirmation email, on the seminar website or in other communication provided about the seminar. Individuals communicating their cancellation request, prior to the posted cancellation date will receive a full refund for their cancellation. Mountain Measurement is not able to provide a refund after the posted cancellation date.
  2. Individuals wishing to transfer their registration to another seminar may do so for a $25 transfer fee. Registrants wishing to transfer their registration may opt to receive a credit for any seminar occurring within 365 days of the initial registered seminar. Individuals can request a transfer until the day of the seminar.
  3. Individuals wishing to transfer their registration to another colleague may do so for a $25 transfer fee. Individuals can request a transfer until the day of the seminar. Once the registration is transferred, the initial registrant will no longer have access to any of the seminar documentation including worksheets, powerpoints or video recordings.
  4. Mountain Measurement reserves the right to cancel or change the content or facilitators of any seminar. In the rare event that NCLEX Program Reports Professional Development Seminars should find it necessary to cancel or change the content of a webinar, participants will receive notification prior to the start of the webinar. NCLEX Program Reports Professional Development Seminars will not be liable for or assume any obligations to any persons who have not registered with NCLEX Program Reports Professional Development Seminars, or otherwise received confirmation of their webinar registration. NCLEX Program Reports Professional Development Seminars is not responsible for any travel or telecommunication costs incurred for webinar attendance.

4. Copyright and Sharing of Content

  1. No part of the NCLEX® Program Reports Professional Development Seminars materials may be recorded, reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, shared or transmitted in any form by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise now known or to be invented) without written consent from Mountain Measurement, Inc. 
  2. Registrants may not share or distribute the link to join a seminar with individuals who have not registered and paid for the seminar. 
  3. Registrants may not share their screen, project the video, or amplify the audio for a seminar in a manner that will allow individuals who have not registered and paid for the seminar to see or hear the seminar.
  4. Mountain Measurement makes all efforts to record all seminars. Seminar participants may access the seminar recordings for two weeks after the publication of the video. 
  5. If an unregistered attendee joins a seminar, they will not receive professional development contact hours and will be subject to removal from the webinar.

5. Continuing Education Contact Hours

  1. In accordance with the rules of the Alabama Board of Nursing, Mountain Measurement, Inc. provides contact hours for participation in the Seminars based on the time spent participating in the seminar, completing learning activities, and completing the end-of-course assessment. Mountain Measurement awards 1 credit for 50 minutes of contact. Mountain Measurement provides a question and answer session at the end of each section of the Seminar. Continuing education credit is NOT awarded to attendees for the time spent participating in the Q&A.
  2. Registered participants arriving late or unable to attend the session will be provided with the recording of the seminar, if available, and access to the end-of-course assessment. Contact hours will be provided for only the time spent in the live session and the end-of-course assessment.
  3. The maximum amount of contact hours that can be awarded for each seminar is posted on the seminar website. If the seminar lasts longer than the time indicated or the participant takes more time to complete any learning activities or the end-of-course assessment, additional contact hours will not be provided.
  4. Participants are not required to attain a particular score on the end-of-course assessment in order to receive contact hours for participation.
  5. Participants may register for, pay for, and participate in a seminar for as many times as they wish. As per the rules of the Alabama Board of Nursing, Mountain Measurement can only award contact hours one time for participation in any one seminar.
  6. Participants are provided with a certificate of completion within 15 business days of the completion of the seminar.
  7. Participants from Alabama must provide their nursing license number to receive contact hours. Mountain Measurement reports contact hours for participants licensed in the State of Alabama to the Alabama Board of Nursing within 15 business of the completion of the seminar. Participants wishing to receive contact hours from jurisdictions other than the state of Alabama must report their participation to their regulatory body themselves.

6. Privacy

The following statement discloses Mountain Measurement's consumer privacy practices. We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. All updates will be published at this site. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact Mountain Measurement, Inc. directly using any of the communication means outlined at the end of this statement.

  2. Mountain Measurement, Inc. understands your desire to protect your personal information. We intend to inform you about how your personal information will be gathered, tracked, or used, and to give you choices. If choices are not offered on web pages where your personal information is obtained, please select one of the communication channels at the bottom of this statement to indicate your communication preferences.
  3. We request personal information when you place an order, request a service, answer a survey, correspond with us, or engage in certain other activities. For example:

    1. If you submit an order on-line with us, we will ask you for information necessary to complete the transaction - such as your name, address, and credit card number.
    2. If you request technical support online, we will ask you for information necessary to complete the transaction - such as your name, address, information about your computer hardware or software, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing.

  4. You make the decision as to whether or not to proceed with any activity that requests personal information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, however, you may not be able to complete the transaction.
  5. We use personally identifiable information in the following ways:
    1. To provide you with information about new or existing products and services;
    2. To allow you to purchase and download products;
    3. To enable you to obtain access support;
    4. To inform you of process improvements that pertain to products or services which you have purchased;
    5. To help us support your use of our products and services;
    6. To assist us in creating better products and services.

7. With Whom We May Share Your Information

  1. Mountain Measurement, Inc. does not intend to share your personal information with any external party, including business partners, without your expressed written consent. The only instances where your personal information is shared is for the purpose of conducting business. These instances are outlined below.
  2. Mountain Measurement, Inc. retains the services of outside contractors to provide services for us. They may be used to ship products, provide technical support, or handle order processing. We require that these contractors keep the personal information of customers secure and confidential. We also require that these contractors use personal information only on behalf of Mountain Measurement, Inc.
  3. Please be advised that in certain instances, it may be necessary for Mountain Measurement, Inc. to disclose your personal information to government officials or otherwise as required by our legal obligations.

8. Removal from the Mountain Measurement, Inc. Mailing List

  1. If you would like to "opt-out" of receiving additional information from us, simply contact us using one of the methods listed at the end of this statement, and we would be glad to remove you from our contact list. If you are removed from our contact list, you will still receive notifications from us about the status and use of products or services that you have already purchased.

9. Security

  1. We have taken security measures, consistent with international information practices, to protect your personal information. These measures include technical and procedural steps to protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction. Credit card information is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption.
  2. We make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to update or correct your personal information. If you believe that Mountain Measurement, Inc. does not have your current personal information, you can update it through the NCLEX Program Reports Web site, or use one of the other communication channels at the bottom of this statement.

10. Cookies

  1. Mountain Measurement, Inc. may use cookies from time to time. A cookie is a unique text file that a Web site can send to your browser software. Cookies enable a Web site to tailor information presented to you based on your browsing preferences. Mountain Measurement, Inc. may use cookies to personalize your pages at our web site. If you do not want Mountain Measurement, Inc. to deploy cookies in your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a web site tries to put a cookie in your browser software. Rejecting cookies may affect your ability to use some of the products and/or services at our web site.
  2. Mountain Measurement, Inc. may also use cookies to track your visit to our Web site. While our Web servers may automatically log your IP address, this information does not identify you and you remain anonymous.

11. Web Site Traffic

  1. We may track domain names, IP addresses, and browser types from people who visit our site. We use this information to track aggregate traffic patterns throughout Mountain Measurement, Inc. Web sites. Such information is not connected to any personal information.

12. Links to Business Partners Sites

  1. At the Mountain Measurement, Inc. Web site, there are a number of links to companies with whom we have a relationship. Mountain Measurement, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of our business partners. We encourage you to read their privacy statements, as they may differ from ours.

13. Policy Changes

  1. In the event there is a major change to Mountain Measurement, Inc.'s privacy practices, a prominent notice will be posted on our web site. If the change involves the use of your personally identifiable information, the notice will contain instructions on how you can opt-out of such use.
