In September 2020, four seminars will be offered addressing assessment for different roles within a nursing program. A course description can be found by clicking on the link for each seminar below:
- 4001 - Systematic Assessment Program Design for Nursing Education (Mon, Sept 21, 2020, 10 AM - 1 PM PT/1 PM - 4 PM ET )
- 4002 - Assessment Design for Nursing Education (Tues, Sept 22, 2020, 10 AM - 1 PM PT/1 PM - 4 PM ET )
- 4003 - Writing Nursing Test Questions (Mon, Oct, 26 2020 10 AM - 1 PM PT/1 PM - 4 PM ET )
- 4004 - Constructing, Publishing, Administering & Scoring Tests for Nursing Education (Weds, Oct 28, 2020, 10 AM - 1 PM PT/1 PM - 4 PM ET )
Each of the NCLEX® Program Reports Assessment Series seminars are 3 hours in length, delivered via Zoom webinars, and include a mix of presentations, discussions, polls and large group exercises. A 30-minute, online end-of-course assessment is administered to each attendee at the conclusion of each seminar. Although none of the Assessment Series seminars have prerequisites, the target audience is different for each, so educators should review the course description before registering. Each NCLEX® Program Reports Assessment Series seminars costs $150.
Mountain Measurement is able to offer continuing education credit to all individuals completing the Assessment Series seminars through the Alabama Board of Nursing (Provider Number ABNP1516 Expires 1/31/2021). 3.5 contact hours are provided to participants completing each seminar and each end-course-assessment.
