Prerequisites and Target Audience

This web-based seminar is targeted to nursing educators and administrators who participate in program evaluation activities or have an interest in analyzing their NCLEX Program Reports.

The purpose of this seminar is to cultivate the knowledge and skills of educators for coding items to the NCLEX® functional areas.

This seminar is the fourth part of a four-part seminar series intended to be the online counterpart to the face-to-face 210 Seminar "Using the NCLEX® Test Plan & Content Dimensions to Understand NCLEX® Program Reports Outcomes".

Learning Outcomes

Upon seminar completion, participants will be able to:

  • realize the volume of activity statements that may be identified as areas of opportunity during an NCLEX Program Reports analysis
  • identify ways to prioritize activity statements
  • execute a 2D analysis of activity statements


The topics covered during the NCLEX® Program Reports 210.4 Seminar are:

  3. Practice


The NCLEX®Program Reports 210.4 Seminar is delivered as a 50-minute lecture, with some large group activities and a 10-minute Question and Answer session. Participants are expected to independently complete a 10-minute end-of-course assessment immediately after the seminar concludes.


All participants are strongly encouraged to have a copy of their NCLEX®Program Reports ready to follow along with the Presenters.

Continuing Education

1.2 contact hours are awarded through the Alabama Board of Nursing (Provider Number ABNP1516 Expires 2/4/2025) to all individuals completing the seminar and the end-of-course assessment.
